I have a diverse, yet complementary, work history that combines careers in network television production, most notably perhaps working on the television show Three's Company, psychotherapy, and organization development. And while the synergy of it all might not seem initially obvious to you, in the end, you will have to trust me, it makes sense.
Equally as important, I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, Auntie, caregiver, friend, and dog and guinea pig lover. I am passionate about yoga, vegetable gardening, camping, sailing (yes, you may call me Captain!), soap-making and all things crafty. I am easily inspired and can live on a good quote for an entire day. I have also, like you, been in and have come through, the other side of difficult life events and some very dark and sad days. I am a living testament to the value of therapy, friendship, and the disciplined practice of cognitive-behavioral techniques and long hot baths.
I continue on the never-ending journey of being a life-long learner, questing towards increased spirituality, a meaningful life, and a way to contribute to the greater community around me in what often feels like an increasingly complex world.
