55 - minute session: $145.00
Kaiser Permanente members: this rate is subject to my contract with Kaiser Permanente and if you have questions, please feel free to reach out to me in advance of our meeting.
Insurance
I am contracted with Kaiser Permanente and beginning 7/30/21 members will be able to schedule directly without having to first get an authorization.
I do not belong to any other provider networks/panels, however some plans may reimburse you for my services. I am happy to provide you with weekly or monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

Cancellation Policy
